Withdrawal request against any of the amounts which have been submitted to Bangladesh Bank need to be requested from Bangladesh Bank via HSBC Bangladesh within 02 (two) years from the date of deposit to Bangladesh Bank. Kindly visit your nearest HSBC branch along with relevant supporting documents in reference to the unclaimed amount for onward guidance.
