Visa Plus enabled ATMs across the country are now open for HSBC customers for cash withdrawal and other selected services.

With this Visa enabled Plus ATM card, HSBC customers are never too far away from their accounts. This brings greater flexibility and convenience in electronic banking facilities.

Banking Services at ATMs

While other banks' ATMs will allow only cash withdrawal for HSBC customers, a number of other different banking activities can be performed at HSBC ATMs in Bangladesh, which are:

  • Cash and cheque deposit facility
  • Balance enquiry
  • Mini statement print, last 4 debit and credit transactions
  • Cheque Book and statement request
  • Transfer fund to any account held with HSBC Bangladesh

Global Access ATM Card

HSBC customers may avail global access ATM card against an RFCD (Resident Foreign Currency Deposit) account or an NFCD (Non Resident Foreign Currency Deposit) account. Through the global access ATM card, the worldwide network of HSBC ATMs, as well as every single Visa Plus marked ATM becomes accessible for HSBC customers. However, customers who are availing global access ATM card against Resident Foreign Currency Deposit (RFCD) accounts will only be allowed to carry out transactions outside Bangladesh.

With this facility from the world's local bank, the customer can access his/her account from literally anywhere in the world.
