Product structure

The Depositors depositing their money with the bank assumes the role as capital providers (Rabb-ul-Maal).
The Bank assumes the role as the fund manager (Mudarib) investing the depositors' funds into Shari'a compliant (financing) assets as per its discretion.
Profits earned from investing depositors' money into Shari'a compliant assets are shared between the depositors and the bank based on pre-agreed profit sharing ratio.
