In order to meet the needs of our customers in a more effective manner, HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management has focused on only specific products and services. As a result of this strategic decision, a number of retail products are no longer offered to customers. However, at the same time, we also realise that some of our existing customers may have already availed these products and that they continue to receive service as per agreement with us.
Here at HSBC, we aim to deliver as per the commitment we have made with our customers. Part of this process includes providing clear, timely and relevant information so that our customers can make informed decisions. Hence, this section contains relevant information on products that are still serviced by HSBC but no longer offered to new customers.

Credit Life is a credit insurance bundle that used to be offered with Unsecured Personal Loan. Credit Life provides coverage for the outstanding loan amount against death or permanent total disability
Amanah Savings Account
The HSBC Amanah Savings Account is based on the Mudarabah structure. Amanah Savings Account will allow you to earn profit on your savings in a Shariah Compliant manner, while giving you the financial flexibility to draw from your accounts whenever you need.
Amanah Term Investment
HSBC Amanah offers Amanah Term Investment based on the Mudarabah structure. It is a term investment account with profit payment depends on the investment generating a profit and predetermined Profit Sharing Ratio.
Amanah Personal Finance (Goods Murabaha)
The Amanah Personal Financing Scheme under Goods Murabaha is used when you need an end-user asset, e.g. fridge, TV, computer, etc. No personal guarantee or cash security is required for this financing.
Amanah Personal Finance (Services Ijarah)
The Amanah Personal Financing Scheme through Services Ijarah is used when you need a Shariah compliant solution for services financing, e.g. education finance, wedding, medical services, etc. No personal guarantee or cash security is required for this financing.
Amanah Vehicle Finance
The Amanah Vehicle Financing through Murabaha is used when you need a Shariah compliant solution for buying your dream car.
Amanah Home Finance
The Amanah home finance will cover the following types of products:
