HSBC Bangladesh distributed saplings to the Bank's customers as part of this year's World Environment Day activities.

World Environment Day is celebrated throughout the world each year. This years' theme was 'Green Cities - Green Planet". In view of this, HSBC Bangladesh decided to distribute saplings to the Bank's customers at all its branches in Dhaka. This was done to raise awareness about this year's issue and to promote the planting of trees for a greener planet.

CEO Mr Steve Banner distributed saplings at the Dhaka main office branch; HR Manager and PFS Branch Manager distributed saplings at the Dhanmondi branch; COO and Treasury Manager distributed saplings at Motijheel branch and Amanah Bangladesh Manager distributed saplings at the Gulshan branch.
