The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) Ltd recently celebrated its 100,000th customer in Bangladesh.

Since establishing in Bangladesh in 1996, HSBC has grown into one of the country's leading financial institutions offering a wide range of retail banking products and services for its valued customers

Speaking about reaching the milestone, HSBC Bangladesh Chief Executive Officer, Mr Steve Banner said, "We are proud to be growing our business in Bangladesh and are grateful to our customers for the trust and confidence that they have shown in us. We remain committed to delivering the best possible service to each and every one of our customers".

To commemorate the 1 lac customer milestone, HSBC has launched a special promotion, offering a 10% interest rate for 7-months on new money deposits of BDT1 lac. This promotional campaign will run for the next two months.
