HSBC donated Tk. 100,00 to help victims of the cold wave which affected Bangladesh. The money was donated to the IFRC to purchase high protein biscuits, blankets and second hand clothing and distribute them to various districts across Bangladesh.

Mr David J H Grifths CEO of HSBC in Bangladesh said, "In line with HSBC's commitment for donating to charitable events and organizations, this contribution to the Red Cross will prove beneficial to the unfortunate victims of the cold wave."
