Overview

Participation:
Participants must belong to the same institution(s) to form a team of four members. The respective institution(s) will then choose a number of teams, specified by the organisers, to represent them in the competition.
Workshop:
After selection, the top 50 to 60 teams will be invited to participate in a day long workshop to learn how to analyse and solve business cases and formulate effective recommendations that can be practically implemented. The workshop will be conducted by industry experts and teachers. After the workshop, the teams will be split into groups based on a lottery. (14 March 2020)
Round one:
The first round will be held on 21 March 2020. Each team will have to solve a business case at the IBA premises within 3 hours and present it afterwards to a panel of judges. The teams will be given 15 minutes to present and 10 minutes for a Q&A session. Top 30 teams from round one to Round Two.
Round two:
Round to will be held on 28 March 2020 and will be similar to Round One where each team will have to solve a business case at the IBA premises within 3 hours and present it afterwards to a panel of judges. The teams will be given 15 minutes to present and 10 minutes for a Q/A session.
Round three (Bangladesh finale)
Group champions (5 teams) will be given a business case at the venue of the local finale to be solved within a time frame of 3 hours. They will then present their recommendations in front of a panel of judges. Winners from Bangladesh will be crowned in this round. (11 April 2020)

Regional finale
The Gold team from Bangladesh will compete against the Gold teams of other Asian countries and territories in a similar format of solving business cases and presenting to a panel of judges for the regional Best of the Best, First Runners-Up and Second Runners-Up Awards. The three regional awards will consist of trophies and cash prizes. The regional finale will take place on the first week of June 2020.
