Telecommunication Officer - IT

Report to: Telecom Support Manager - IT

The jobholder is responsible for ensuring smooth telecommunication support for the bank’s internal and external communication and providing technical advisory services to relevant stakeholder.

Requirements:

• Graduate in computer science/telecommunication or any other relevant field from a reputed university
• Comprehensive knowledge in computer networking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time and stress management skills
• High computer literacy with focus on advanced Microsoft Office applications
