Meet, Greet and Assist Services (PVT) Limited
''Meet and Greet'' services that you can avail at the Hazrat Shah Jalal International Airport, Dhaka, are as follows:
a) If you are a departing passenger
- A representative from "Meet and Greet" will be at the airport to help you with your luggage from the main terminal building gates
- The representative will escort you inside the terminal for scanning your luggage and to ensure that you are checked-in with all the formalities completed
b) If you are an arriving passenger
- A representative from "Meet and Greet" will receive you at the immigration
- After immigration formalities have been completed, the representative will collect your luggage from the luggage collection belt
- The representative will escort you to the red or green channel as per your request
- The representative will finally escort you to the car parking area.
In order to avail the Meet and Greet services described above, please remember to inform your Relationship Manager (RM) about your travel schedule one working day in advance. Your Relationship Manager (RM) will have the necessary arrangements in place for your convenience.
